I think if you want to be successful always do things everyone else isn’t doing. This has to do with a lot of things, so when blogging is going crazy and tons of people have blogs that are generating $1k - $5k/ month rather than entering into blogging where the competition is so thick create a service that helps bloggers blog more easy, and helps them make more money. It is much easier said than done, but i have done this with loads of niches and have come out pretty successful each time.

I read 100’s of blogs everyday and im starting to really get the feeling that even the top bloggers for a few blogs I read are just blogging for the money and not for the love of sharing knowledge amongst other peers in the industry of SEO and net marketing. I personally have never been into blogging that much, just because theres so much hype around it, I tend to sell products and deliver services where there isn’t that much hype.

Today was my first day attending the ses san jose. We went and checked out Google Campus which was awesome, i totally recommend checking that out to anyone who has not yet. Google really throws a nice party for the Google Dance. I also really enjoyed walking around and checking the exhibits out. It really made me change my perspective on how i want to target my marketing audience. I think once I get back in the office we’ll be coming out with some really interesting stuff.

My advice is to pay attention to the audience of search marketing these days, its like a group of fat kids craving candy, just wanting info and willing to pay the bucks for the tools. I believe that the opportunities for making money online right now are enormous and more than ever. I am not saying search marketing is stupid im just saying you really have to think outside the box now. It’s not like 3 years ago when there werent that many seoers. Ok i need to get some rest been up since 4am.

So i did what i thought i would never do and yeah im typing on it now. i bought a macbook. I wanted a small laptop and figured what the heck i’ll give a mac a try. So far i have had it for about 4 days now and cannot get off it. It’s perfect for dotcomming i just carry it everywhere with me. Second i went to Vegas over the weekend, that was fun. You can only be outside for about 5 mins and then you have to rush in for air con.
